In-House Interim Lawyer (Social Security Legal Services Unit) – Edinburgh (Assignment 17823)
1. Temporary in-house role (FTC until Jan 2026) within the Social Security Unit of a public sector body; hybrid working available.
2. Advise and support on appeals and social security law matters, reporting to the branch head.
3. Requires a qualified Scots lawyer (NQ+) with litigation experience; social security law knowledge desirable.
Large Loss/Catastrophic Injury Claims – Glasgow (Assignment 17824)
4. Join a top Scottish firm’s Complex Injury Claims Team managing catastrophic and high-value personal injury cases (£1m+).
5. Advise insurer clients on indemnity, liability, and quantum; contribute to strategy, settlement, and mentoring juniors.
6. Requires 5+ years’ PQE in complex/multi-track litigation; offers strong benefits and hybrid working.
Senior Solicitor/Associate/Senior Associate, Dispute Resolution / Risk, Government & Compliance – Edinburgh or Glasgow (Assignment 17816)
7. Permanent role (4+ PQE) advising public sector clients on disputes, investigations, and regulatory risk.
8. Handle high-profile litigation, provide strategic compliance advice, and support business development.
9. Ideal for lawyers with public law or local government interest; advocacy and client relationship skills valued.
Insurance (Disease) Solicitor – Glasgow (Assignment 17774)
10. Join a specialist Disease Litigation team handling complex personal injury claims (e.g., NIHL, asbestos).
11. Act for major insurers/public bodies on pre-litigated and litigated matters, advising and drafting.
12. Up to 3 years’ PQE in PI/disease litigation preferred; collaborative culture with hybrid and career progression.
Civil Assistant – Glasgow (Assignment 17745)
13. Join a leading Glasgow firm handling high-profile civil cases including Public Inquiries and fatal accident claims.
14. Manage complex cases involving state-related deaths, negligence, and catastrophic injury; strong PI experience required.
15. Minimum 5 years’ PQE; Court of Session expertise essential; flexible/hybrid working available.
Litigation – Guernsey (Assignment 17738)
16. Associate role in a top offshore firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution team handling cross-border commercial disputes.
17. Work spans insolvency, restructuring, and financial regulatory cases with international exposure.
18. 2–5 years’ PQE in common law litigation required; offers strong salary, progression, and collaborative culture.
Solicitor (Business Crime and Regulatory Team) – Glasgow (Assignment 17696)
19. Join a nationally recognised team handling business crime, regulatory investigations, prosecutions, and public inquiries.
