This landmark property boasts a state-of-the-art spa, multiple dining experiences, and expansive event spaces hosting high-profile weddings, conferences, and social occasions.
The hotel is now seeking a strategic, commercially driven Director of Sales to lead its sales function and drive continued revenue growth across all market segments.

A basic salary of £70000 Neg

The Role
As Director of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing a dynamic sales strategy that maximises revenue opportunities in rooms, events, spa, and F&B. Leading a talented sales team, you'll build strong client relationships, identify new business streams, and ensure the hotel remains the first choice for both corporate and leisure guests.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a proactive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets across all departments
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional results
Build strong relationships with key accounts, corporate partners, and agencies
Collaborate with the marketing team to maximise visibility and brand positioning
Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and business performance to adapt strategy
Drive sales for meetings, incentives, conferences, and events (MICE), as well as leisure and corporate travel segments
About You
Proven track record as a senior sales leader in luxury hospitality, at Director of Sales level
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to deliver and exceed revenue targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the confidence to represent the hotel at the highest level
A natural leader with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team
Experience across rooms, events, and F&B sales within the UK market is highly desirable
