What You’ll Be DoingLead the Hard FM operations across planned/reactive maintenance, lifecycle, and minor works.Manage and motivate a high-performing engineering team.Own the P&L, budget management, and commercial performance of the contract.Be the go-to contact for client stakeholders, ensuring service excellence and high customer satisfaction.Oversee compliance with HTM, H&S, and statutory regulations.Drive asset and energy performance, including managing the site’s BEMS.Contribute to long-term lifecycle planning and capital works.
