Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional service to customers by sharing product knowledge, creating a memorable experience, and effectively managing complaints.
* Excite and motivate colleagues by sharing brand stories, product exclusives, and new product information, and cascade this information via training.
* Take responsibility for tasks that may go beyond the role expectation, spot opportunities to improve business, customer service, and retail standards.
* Follow health and safety procedures and security procedures, and play an active role in preventing stock loss.
* Adapt to daily challenges; a flexible role may require working across different departments, bringing service excellence and collaboration.
* Build and develop a client base; use exceptional service skills to nurture customer relationships and maintain personal service.
Qualifications
* Sales, CRM, and NPS targets – curiosity and appetite to learn data.
* Great communicator; passion for products and inspiring brand training.
* Well informed; knowledge of competitor activity.
* Sales and service expert.
* Collaborative; keep brand partners informed of successes, challenges, and feedback.
* Approachable; lean leadership and coaching support.
* Shopkeeper; replenish stock, maintain Selfridges standards, and inspire others.
