What You’ll Be Doing
* Advising customers on finance and insurance products, ensuring compliance with all regulations
* Building rapport quickly with customers and recommending appropriate products
* Monitoring F & I performance against budget and addressing any shortfalls
* Assisting management with planning, forecasting, and revising dealership strategies
* Coaching and developing the team to meet business objectives
* Monitoring performance, measuring outcomes, and providing regular feedback to the General Manager
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience as a Business Manager, Finance Manager, or Retail Manager in the automotive industry
* Strong relationship‑building, negotiating, and customer‑facing skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Honest, professional, and solutions‑focused with strong integrityFull, clean UK driving licence
