Overview
Global Head of Proposition & Analyst Relations at Intellias. We are looking for a leader who will define and champion the value Intellias delivers, operating at the intersection of market insight, storytelling, and executive engagement.
What project we have for you
Our global marketing team is transforming to sharpen our market presence. In this role, you will collaborate with senior leaders, service line experts, and analyst relations partners to translate capabilities into clear, compelling, evidence-backed propositions. You will own the creation and refresh of sales collateral and content to ensure alignment with our brand and resonance with client needs and market trends.
You will be the primary point of contact for global analyst relations, briefing, responding, and building trusted relationships with top-tier industry analysts. This role reports to the Global VP of Marketing and works with stakeholders across geographies, service lines, and corporate functions in a fast-moving, collaborative matrix environment.
What you will do
* Shape our market story – Develop clear, emotive, and data-driven narratives that communicate the value of Intellias’ services to clients, analysts, and internal teams.
* Own our propositions – Build, maintain, and continuously refine our portfolio of service propositions and supporting collateral.
* Equip our teams to win – Deliver high-impact materials for pitches, proposals, and campaigns that align with buyer priorities.
* Lead analyst engagement – Manage our global analyst relations programme in partnership with our agency, including briefings, RFIs, and relationship building with top analysts.
* Work across the business – Collaborate with executives, service leaders, and subject matter experts to ensure consistency, clarity, and market relevance.
* Champion insight-led content – Leverage research, data, and market intelligence to inform messaging and positioning.
What you need for this
* 8+ years’ experience in proposition development, product marketing, presales, or a related discipline — ideally in B2B technology and/or services.
* A track record of creating compelling, evidence-based value propositions that drive engagement and sales.
* Strong understanding of buyer needs, market dynamics, and competitive positioning.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (native-level fluency required).
* Confidence, gravitas, and experience engaging with senior executives and external stakeholders.
* Ability to work autonomously in a matrix environment and drive projects forward without close supervision.
* Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
Nice to have
* Experience managing analyst relations programmes or working directly with firms such as Gartner, Forrester, or Everest Group.
* Additional language skills.
* Familiarity with digital engineering, consulting, or enterprise technology service.
