Are you passionate about making a difference in your community? Ocean Housing is offering an exciting opportunity for a Neighbourhood Services Officer to join our dedicated team. This is your chance to play a key role in delivering a high-quality, customer-focused housing management service that truly puts tenants first.
What You’ll Do: You’ll manage a designated geographical patch, providing essential services such as:
* Estate and tenancy management
* Tenancy checks and estate inspections
* Monitoring grounds maintenance and communal cleaning contracts
* Supporting tenants by signposting to relevant agencies
* Letting properties (including garages)
* Logging repairs and facilitating tenant participation
* Driving community development and liaising with supported housing staff
* Tackling anti-social behaviour and neighbour disputes in partnership with other agencies
What We’re Looking For:
* A Level Grade A-C or equivalent Level 3 qualification
* Experience in social housing management and face-to-face customer service
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Confidence in handling challenging situations with empathy, diplomacy, and professionalism
* Ability to travel across locations and a Standard DBS check
