Responsibilities
* Identify opportunities to improve the victim experience for individuals and businesses.
* Participate in the development of plans to ensure improvement in the quality of the cyber crime response.
* Identify trends, patterns and areas for improvement.
* Monitor, analyse and report performance against targets and objectives.
Requirements
* Excellent planning and organisational skills to manage own workload whilst maintaining high technical standards.
* Experience in research and statistical analysis.
* Previous experience with implementation of programme benefits & outcomes.
* Knowledge of performance management processes.
Hybrid working policy requires 60% office attendance. Specific details will be discussed locally with the hiring manager.
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and continuous residency in the UK for the last 5 years, due to MV/SC vetting.
Selection Process
Initial application will require evidence of experience, skills, and knowledge that demonstrates the ability to meet the person specification. The application and interview will be tested under Level 2 of the College of Policing Competency and Values Framework. Applicants who fail to address the skills, knowledge or experience of the job description will not be considered.
