The Alliances team at Softcat drives strategic vendor success with sharp focus and collaborative expertise. They are the architects of our vendor strategy, working seamlessly across functions to ensure we have the right alignments to the right vendors to support our technology proposition. Working diligently with our vendors they will ensure that we have the right strategic vision that aligns to our own goals and objective, reviewing market opportunities and innovating to ensure Softcat, alongside our vendors stay as market leaders.
Responsibilities
* Creating and executing Joint Business Plans, align with sales enablement plans, and collaborate on GTM strategies, incentives, and training
* Overseeing internal and external pipelines, support BDRs, and ensure alignment with partnership strategies
* Curating and presenting Quarterly Business Reviews, and providing analytics on vendor earnings, competitor performance, and channel metrics
* Fostering strong internal and external partnerships and act as a company representative at UK industry events
Qualifications
* Proven experience in partnership management and vendor relations
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to curate and deliver QBRs
* Relevant Sales and Technical certifications would be advantageous
* Excellent relationship-building skills with a track record of collaboration
* Strategic thinker with analytical skills for insights and reporting
* Keep current technical and sales certifications, and provide first-line support for vendor-related escalations
