Contract type: Temp - perm following 12 weeks successful temporary placement
Working hours: Monday Friday, term time only, 25 hours per week
Unique School Solutions are supporting a wonderful primary school in S20 to appoint a Caretaker. You will be responsible for opening and closing the school each day, maintenance, security, statutory checks and ensuring the overall safety and functionality of the school. The hours are 6am - 8am and 3pm to 6pm.

Essential requirements for the role:
* Previous experience of premises maintenance
* Prepared to update records and make checks within school
* The ability to build rapport with staff and pupils
* The ability to work with little direction using own initiative to prioritise jobs
