What You’ll Be Doing
* Act as a trusted first point of contact for HR queries, providing advice and guidance to managers.
* Support and influence the management of sickness absence, including data reporting and attendance at relevant meetings.
* Support resolution of informal and formal employee relations cases – conduct, performance, concerns resolution.
* Promote colleague wellbeing and help foster a positive staff experience, contribute to creating a supportive workplace culture.
* Champion best practice in HR by coaching and developing line managers.
* Gather and analyse workforce metrics to support informed decision‑making.
* Promote and support the delivery of national staff surveys and action planning.
* Assist with job evaluations and job description advice.
* Support policy development and national HR initiatives.
* Contribute to project work and ensure you stay up to date with employment legislation.
