What We Offer Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package Opportunities for professional development and career progression A supportive and inclusive work environment The chance to work with a global leader in the energy services sector Key Responsibilities Manage all daily administrative operations to maintain a safe, organised, and efficient office environment Provide executive-level support to the Country Manager and leadership team, including diary management, reporting, and meeting coordination Accurately create and process customer invoices using the company ERP system Raise and reconcile purchase orders; ensure prompt and accurate processing of vendor invoices Assist in monthly financial close processes and support budgeting and forecasting with reliable site-level data Oversee vendor relationships, including onboarding, contract oversight, service levels, and resolving issues Manage facilities and office services, ensuring continuity of operations and cost-efficiency Ensure site compliance with corporate administrative policies and assist with audits and documentation upkeep Coordinate travel, accommodation, and expense processing for staff and visitors Lead internal communication efforts and team engagement initiatives Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across administrative processes Qualifications & Skills Experience with administrative, financial, and procurement workflows Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., JDE, SAP) for invoicing, purchasing, and financial reporting Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook Excellent organisational, communication, and multitasking skills Professional, discreet, and effective in both independent and team settings Desirable Qualifications Experience in a senior administrative or office management position Demonstrated experience in vendor and facilities management Exposure to financial reviews, month-end closing, and forecasting Soft Skills Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities Proactive and results-oriented mindset Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Why Join Us Join our Global Family: At NOV, we are a global family committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels respected, valued, and heard.
