Hours: 28 hours per week (09:00–17:00)

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality rehabilitation and therapy services in a supportive environment that values innovation, collaboration, and client-centred care.
The Role
As an Occupational Therapist, you will:
* Develop and implement care and treatment plans to promote independence and wellbeing for clients.
* Lead on therapy initiatives and quality improvement projects with the support of Therapy Assistants.
* Liaise with external professionals to ensure holistic care and continuity of service.
* Provide training and guidance to care staff, ensuring best practice across therapy delivery.
* Maintain high-quality documentation and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings.
* Uphold confidentiality, dignity, and safeguarding standards at all times.
You will also provide supervision and support to Therapy Assistants, helping them to deliver outstanding care and rehabilitation services.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
* HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist.
* Experienced in rehabilitation, neuro care, or a related clinical setting.
* Skilled in developing person-centred care and therapy plans.
* A strong communicator, able to build effective relationships with clients, families, and professionals.
* Committed to continuous professional development and high standards of clinical practice.
