You’ll drive new business, strengthen existing customer relationships across NI and GB, and support sales growth while representing the company on the road. Reporting to the Sales & Business Development Manager. About this role: £Competitive salary per annum ( performance bonus) Monday to Friday 29 Days Annual Leave Pension Plan Health Care Plan Permanent role Reporting to the Sales & Business Development Manager you will: Develop and secure new business opportunities within NI and GB Support the growth and development of existing customer relationships Plan and carry out customer visits in line with sales objectives Represent at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events Prepare market data & insights to support the sales strategy Maintain accurate sales and customer records Work closely with internal teams to support sales growth and deliver high levels of customer service What you'll need for this role: Degree or HNC in Business Studies or a related discipline, or relevant practical experience Previous Experience in a Sales or Business Development role Experience in an engineering environment is desirable Confident with IT systems and digital tools to support sales activities. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong organisational skills to manage workload and deadlines.
