The Housing Business Change and Support Team is seeking to appoint an additional Housing ICT Change and Support Officer. The successful candidate will work with the Building Services Management Team and colleagues across the department to develop existing ICT systems, enabling Building Services to meet compliance standards and the new Consumer Standards.

If so, this role offers you the opportunity to influence ICT systems used by Building Services, ensuring consistency across Housing ICT infrastructure while enhancing business processes and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities and Skills:
* Knowledge of Open Housing, Total Mobile, and Optimise scheduling.
* Understanding of Building Services/Housing Business processes and legislation.
* Awareness of the Housing Regulatory Standards 2024.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to differentiate ICT issues from business process issues.
* Ability to liaise with third-party software providers to resolve issues.
This role is suitable for job sharing. The position offers hybrid working arrangements, with location determined based on role requirements and individual needs.
