We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our People Services team as a Business Improvement Manager. In this role, you will drive compliance and control, use data insights to make better decisions, and continuously improve our services through agile working. Hours: 37.5 hours per week- Monday- Friday Location: On site- Merchant House, Binley Business Park, Coventry, CV3 2TT Key Responsibilities: Data and Reporting: Monthly reporting across People Services systems. Analysis of data to drive improvement and efficiency across People Services. Audit reports. Customer surveys. Technical/Digital: Tier zero improvements. Chatbot/AI assistant implementation and maintenance. Automation of bonus/pay review processes. Upskill the helpdesk to become more digital - processes and people. Compliance & Controls: Ownership and maintenance of standard operating procedures and knowledge bank across People Services (primarily HR Systems & PHD). Design, build, and maintain document storage system (e.g., SharePoint). Data cleanse and embed new processes in People Helpdesk. Audit process implementation and coordination. Develop improvements to Toolbox to drive queries to tier zero. Continuous Improvement: Working with agile principles, use data and feedback to identify improvements and drive implementation across People Services. Communicate system release updates bi-annually, new functionality, and ad-hoc reminders. Maintain and update People Point job aids and promote engagement with the system. Customer feedback - reference group/visits. Own PP comms and training materials. Run absence webinars for managers (and subsequent as needed). Customer engagement - monthly review of common queries or upcoming queries and initiate and build email communications. Process mapping new workloads/applications/training team for readiness (e.g., Enablon implementation). What’s in it for me? Strong interest in HR technology and AI. Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with a keen eye for detail. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of AI concepts and their applications in business. Familiarity with HR systems like Workday. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
