Outdoor Learning Coordinator Location: School site and off-site Contract: Full-time Salary: £22,000-£25,000 (depending on experience) Reports to: Senior Leadership Team Start date: February 2026 Role Overview We are seeking an Outdoor Learning Coordinator to plan and lead safe, engaging outdoor learning opportunities for students aged 11-19 with Autism, ADHD and related needs. The role focuses on woodland learning, outdoor activities and coordinating off-site alternative provision to support wellbeing, personal development and curriculum access.
