We are recruiting for an experienced Site Operative to join our Exeter Region, site based at Seabrook Orchards site in Topsham, Devon. Reporting to the Site Manager or Assistant Site Manager, the role is varied with opportunities to contribute to maintaining high standards on site.

Responsibilities
* Keep an eye on stock levels and inform the Site Manager/Assistant Site Manager when stock is low.
* Maintain a satisfactory level of cleanliness throughout the site, including welfare and compound facilities.
* Possibly act as first aider on site when required.
* Support health and safety measures to comply with standards (pedestrian routes and access, perimeter fencing, fall protection systems, site shutdown procedures).
* Attend meetings as necessary for the performance of duties.
* Comply with and uphold company policies and procedures.
* Undertake any additional tasks as may reasonably be required from time to time.
* Ensure all health and safety aspects of Covid-19 are observed.
Qualifications / Essential Skills
* Experience in a previous role as a Site Operative on a busy construction site.
* Effective communication skills, and good time management.
* Self-motivated and proactive with an enthusiastic work ethic.
