This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people who require tailored and consistent support in their learning journey. Key Responsibilities: Supporting students with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and complex learning difficulties. Working 1:1 and in small groups to aid learning, development, and emotional regulation. Assisting with personal care and other care-related tasks where necessary. Collaborating with teachers and SENCOs to implement personalised learning plans. Creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all pupils. Requirements: Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN is essential. A background in care (healthcare, residential care, etc.) is highly desirable.
