This role is essential in ensuring that our projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using industry-standard software.
2. Oversee cost control, budgeting, and forecasting for ongoing projects.
3. Track project performance against KPIs, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgets.
4. Identify and mitigate potential risks in project schedules and budgets.
5. Prepare and present progress reports to project managers and clients.
6. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience (5+ years) in project control within the construction or engineering sector.
3. Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6) and project management tools.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
6. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing project challenges.
