Responsibilities
Provide dynamic leadership to the sales team, motivating and inspiring them to achieve sales targets while maintaining the highest level of customer care. Drive and develop business to increase sales performance.
Qualifications
Proven and successful track record within the motor trade as a hands‑on Sales Manager. Flair for effective retail sales and marketing, expertise in planning, organising and superb communication skills.
