Do you have a gas qualification (like NVQ level 3 in Gas) and would like to train to be a gas trainer and assessor for a global company?
As a Gas Trainer and Assessor, you will deliver high-quality training and assessments for engineers across gas, liquid, and solid fuels.
As a gas trainer, you would conduct training sessions, assess candidates, and carry out internal verifications in line with awarding body requirements.
This is a lab-based position, with some travel required.
Principal Accountabilities:
1. Deliver professional, high-quality theoretical and practical training sessions on-site and off-site.
2. Assess candidates to certification body standards and review candidate evidence packs.
3. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and Certification Body scheme rules.
4. Support and collaborate with trainers, assessors, and candidates.
5. Conduct candidate interviews to support portfolio development.
6. Prepare and update training materials and candidate packs to align with industry standards.
7. Participate in CPD events, train-the-trainer sessions, and support e-learning development.
8. Maintain and adapt training centre equipment to support assessment activities.
