Vision for Education are looking for Early Career Teachers (ECTs) in and around the Huntingdon area to join our bank of supply staff for the Summer term 2025 and beyond. About the role At Vision, we have a lot of experience of helping ECTs get experience on a supply basis, and placing them into permanent roles. If you are an ECT but feel you need a little more classroom experience before taking on a permanent Class Teacher role, then supply teaching can be a great way of doing that. You will deliver pre-planned work to your preferred year groups and can build up a regular bank of schools you supply at. Permanent and long-term roles often come as a result of doing supply too, so it increases your chances of finding a role in a school that you already know.
