We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse RNLD to join a small residential setting in Bristol supporting two individuals with complex needs. This is a full-time, permanent role working on behalf of one of the UKs leading community complex care providers.
The position offers a salary of £50,000–£55,000 per year plus a company car or monthly car allowance, working Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm with no shift work required.
You will lead the clinical team, ensure high-quality care, and support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the residential service. This is an excellent opportunity for a Clinical Lead Nurse RNLD with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding, person-centred care.
Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee all clinical aspects of care for service users in a residential setting.
* Support the Registered Manager and deputise when required.
* Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of support workers.
* Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulations.
* Act as shift leader, ensuring safe staffing levels and quality care delivery.
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and families.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Requirements
* RNLD qualification with valid NMC registration.
* Previous experience as a Clinical Lead Nurse RNLD or Deputy Manager in a residential care setting.
* Strong leadership, clinical, and organisational skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively and maintain high care standards.
