Up to £70,000 + Generous Package
Fella & Jones is seeking a Senior Merchandiser/Merchandising professional to lead our global sales, stock, and profitability strategies across Wholesale, Retail, Off-Price, and Digital channels. Reporting to the Merchandising Director, you will be integral in planning and forecasting the business.
Responsibilities include:
* Developing seasonal budgets, range plans, and sales forecasts to ensure sustainable growth across all channels.
* Managing stock flow, intake, replenishment, and markdowns to optimise sell-through and margins.
* Providing data-driven insights to influence buying, pricing, and promotional strategies.
* Collaborating with Buying, Merchandising, Finance, and Digital teams to align strategies.
* Ensuring a seamless omni-channel product offering, balancing inventory and demand.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven experience in senior planning or merchandising roles within multi-channel retail environments.
* Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel for interpreting data and strategic planning.
* Commercial awareness with problem-solving abilities to adapt to market shifts.
* Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
* Experience with Wholesale, Off-Price, and Digital channels is advantageous.
