What the Job Involves This position involves providing a professional legal service covering all aspects of adult social care law. You will be expected to offer legal advice and practical assistance across a wide range of adult social care services, concentrating on Court of Protection work and related issues. Responsibilities include conducting complex adult service cases, advising on evidence and legal procedures, preparing and reviewing legal documentation, and representing the council in Courts and Tribunals, where permissible. Additionally, you will need to manage child protection cases, including evaluating evidence, and preparing documentation expediently.
