We have an exciting opportunity for a Male Support Worker to join our community team working across Rossmore and Southbourne area. Due to the needs of the people we support, we can only consider applications from male candidates with experience with Autism or Complex Care. To be considered for this role you must hold a Full UK manual driving licence. George is eighteen years old, he is verbal and uses visual aids to help him plan and understand his day. He is very energetic and enjoys activities such as: * Going to the cinema. * Playing mini golf. * Enjoying a relaxing swim. * When it rains, George prefers to stay indoors and watch a Marvel film or youtube. George is supported on a 1:1 basis and is reliant on his support staff. He requires assistance with personal care, medication and meal preparation. Josh is thirty two and lives in his own flat within our supported living model in Southbourne. He is non verbal, however, he prefers to communicate with PECS cards.
