The client are looking for a bright and ambitious graduate to join their UK Retail Sales team as a Graduate Customer Account Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your commercial skills, work with major UK retailers, and play a key role in delivering growth for a leading FMCG business. The Role Youll provide essential support to the UK Retail Sales team while managing your own portfolio of smaller retail accounts. Its a varied, fast-paced role where no two days are the same, ideal for someone who loves working with people and solving problems. Youll: Support National Account Managers with key retail customers across the UK Help prepare customer presentations, reports, and promotional proposals Maintain accurate records of customer data, pricing, and promotional activity Work cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance to deliver customer plans Manage your own smaller accounts (e.g. regional or specialist retailers), meeting agreed sales and margin targets Identify opportunities to grow product listings and distribution across your customer base About You Youre curious, organised, and motivated to learn how great customer relationships drive commercial success. Youre confident communicating with others, enjoy taking ownership, and thrive in a collaborative environment. Youll bring: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills Great attention to detail and an analytical mindset A proactive approach and willingness to learn Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Experience within retail, sales, or marketing (through a placement, internship, or part-time role) is advantageous but not essential, as you will receive all the training and support you need.
