To help us achieve this, we are recruiting for a QHSE Administrator to join our team. The Role We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented QHSE Administrator to join our Compliance - QHSE team. The successful candidate will support the maintenance of our integrated management system certified to ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, and 45001 standards. The QHSE Administrator will also assist in implementing the company’s Health & Safety plan for 2025-2027. Additionally, the QHSE Administrator will provide support to the People Operations team relating to the administration of competency and training data, as well as our ergonomics (DSE) platform. Key Responsibilities Support the Head of Compliance - Compliance team in maintaining and improving the integrated management system. Support the Head of Compliance - Compliance team with QHSE data entry, collation and management within SharePoint, and other QHSE software applications. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, and 45001 standards. Assist in the implementation of the company’s Health & Safety plan for 2025-2027. Maintain the ergonomics (DSE) platform. Provide administrative support, including document development, control and record-keeping. Support the Head of Compliance with reports, presentations, QHSE communications, (Safety alerts, Toolbox talks, Management briefs) using MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Collaborate with team members and coordinate team activities such as audits and inspections using MS Teams and SharePoint. Support the Head of Compliance and the People Operations team with company competency and training data. Support the Head of Compliance - Compliance team in the development of QHSE training material and course organisation. Support the maintenance of the CHAS Advanced and B-Corp certifications, using their online portals. You will suit this role if you if you have: Proven experience in a similar role supporting a Compliance - QHSE team. Knowledge of ISO standards, e.g. ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, and/or 45001. Knowledge of CHAS and/or B-Corp certification / operation Proficiency in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience working within an MS Teams and SharePoint environment. (Practical use of Teams / SharePoint tools Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
