Join us as a Clinical Content specialist at Dedalus, one of the world’s leading healthcare technology companies, on our Delivery Team based in the UK, to do the best work of your career and make a profound impact in providing better care for a healthier planet.

What you’ll achieve

As a Clinical Content specialist, you will play a key role in the design, development, and optimization of structured clinical content within our Orbis EPR. This includes clinical documentation templates, assessments, decision support tools, and care pathways—ensuring alignment with NHS standards, clinical safety regulations, and frontline user needs.

Working with an extended highly skilled team, you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.

You will:

* Design and build clinical content for digital workflows, including assessments, observation charts, forms, care plans, and documentation templates.
* Collaborate with product managers, clinicians, solution architects, and customers to gather requirements and translate them into structured, clinically safe content.
* Ensure alignment with national and local standards such as SNOMED CT, PRSB, NICE guidelines, and NHS England policy.
* Contribute to the development of clinical decision support (CDS) rules, care pathways, and alerting logic.
* Support localization of content to meet trust-specific workflows and specialty needs across various care settings as directed by the content team lead.
* Conduct quality assurance reviews and clinical validation of content before deployment.
* Document and manage change control, versioning, and governance of clinical content assets.
* Liaise with implementation teams and customers to support configuration and rollout activities.

Take the next step towards your dream career

At Dedalus, our software helps flow the life of healthcare. Every day, we do something special by helping caregivers and health professionals deliver better care to their communities. Take the next step in your career that will make a profound impact. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:

* Experience working with, implementing, or designing EPR or clinical information systems in an NHS setting.
* Strong understanding of clinical workflows, patient safety, and digital documentation.
* Familiarity with NHS data standards and coding systems (e.g., SNOMED CT, ICD-10, FHIR).
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to clinical quality and safety.
* Confident communicator with cross-functional teams including clinicians, IT, and product teams.
* Comfortable working in agile or iterative delivery environments.
* Previous experience in EPR clinical content development or configuration.
* Understanding of DCB 0129/0160 clinical safety frameworks.
* Knowledge of interoperability standards (e.g., PRSB, FHIR resources).
