Job Description:
We are currently seeking experienced Ground Workers to join our team on a site based in Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity offering immediate starts, a competitive hourly rate of £18.05, and the potential for long-term work for the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out general groundworks including excavation, drainage, concreting, and kerbing
Site preparation and reinstatement work
Assisting with pipe laying and trench work
Adhering to all health and safety procedures on site
Working effectively as part of a team under the direction of the site supervisor or manager
Requirements:
Blue CSCS Card (Skilled Worker) – Mandatory
Full UK Driving Licence – Essential
Proven experience in all aspects of groundworks
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
