Requirements Were looking for senior consultants who are ready to lead and build. Youll have a strong foundation in business analysis, a strong consulting toolkit, and the confidence to operate independently. You must have: UK right to work (essential) and willingness to relocate to Guernsey (or Jersey). BCS Business Analysis Diplomaor Advanced Diploma (or equivalent qualification). A proven track record leading engagements, shaping analysis outcomes, and working with senior stakeholders. Reached Manager or Senior Manager grade or equivalent at a top-tier consulting firm Recent experience leading a team in a significant workstream, project or programme, demonstrating strong business analysis and consulting skills A proven history of building strong and trusted relationships with FTSE 250 clients Adept at communicating complex ideas persuasively and concisely Experience delivering across the full BA lifecycle, from strategic analysis and business case development to solution delivery and implementation. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills: across stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, structured thinking, and delivery focus. A consulting mindset: confident in scoping, structuring, and delivering in dynamic client environments with minimal supervision Desired: Experience in Financial Services or Legal sectors.
