Do you have experience delivering M&E projects with a strong knowledge of installations? Have you got experience of running projects £7m+? \n \nAn opportunity has arisen for a M&E Project Manager with electrical bias to join a market leading principle contracting company in the building services industry.
This is to primarily work a large refurbishment in Manchester. \n \nResponsibilities: \n- Ensure that resources are available for work e.g. materials, labour and plant etc.
\n- Ensure contracts are completed within timescales and budget \n- Ensure works are carried out safely and that reasonable and practical measures are taken to maintain the safety of all involved \n- Liaison with site management team and all key stake holders involved with the project \n- Subcontract and material procurement and management \n- Financial management of contracts, variations etc. \n- Manage competence and individual performance within the team \n- Maintain company standards in terms of quality \n \nRequirements: \n- Minimum 5 years' project management experience in an MEP contracting environment \n- Ability to prioritise workload to ensure the management process is optimised \n- Knowledge of electrical systems is ESSENTIAL \n- UK PROJECT EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL \n- Strong communications skills both internal and external stakeholders \n- Experience of working with sub-contractors and managing in-house labour \n- SSSTS or SMSTS \n- First Aid \n \nBenefits: \n- Salary £60,000 - £65,000 \n- Car Alowance \n- Profit related bonus \n- 36 days holiday \n- Private healthcare \n- Salary sacrifice scheme \n- Mobile phone/gym allowances
