Age UK is recruiting! We have a fantastic opportunity for a Store Manager for the friendly and supportive Burnley 2 team.
Utilising your previous retail experience and excellent managerial skills, you will manage the day‑to‑day running of our store—maximising sales and profits while ensuring our customers receive an excellent service. You will also lead a team of staff and volunteers, providing training and development.
The role requires working 35 hours across a 7‑day week, including Saturdays and Sundays on a rota basis.
Due to the nature of the role, you must be able to handle and lift bags of stock up to 10 kg.
You will have:

* Ability to lift and carry bags of stock up to 10 kg's
