An established and award-winning health and social care provider is seeking a skilled Bid Manager to join its dynamic team. This role is central to driving growth through the development of high-quality written submissions and the effective management of healthcare service bids.
This position would ideally suit someone with a strong background in the healthcare sector, particularly those with experience writing bids for NHS contracts and navigating local authority procurement processes.
This role requires travel to their head quarters once a week in Essex and looking to pay up to £60,000.
Key Responsibilities
* Craft compelling, compliant, and client-focused responses that reflect strategic objectives and service excellence.
* Lead the end-to-end bid process, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to governance protocols.
* Engage with internal Subject Matter Experts and cross-functional teams to gather insights and shape winning submissions.
* Contribute to pipeline development, qualification decisions, and strategic bid planning.
* Support continuous improvement of bid content and maintain a robust library of reusable materials.
* Uphold high standards of accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all bid documentation.
* Provide leadership and guidance within the bid team, supporting the Director of Bids in enhancing bid processes and outcomes.
