Flushing Engineer (EU Passport Required) – Immediate Start Job Title: Flushing Engineer Location: London and various sites across Europe (travel required) Job Type: Contract / Freelance / Project-Based Start Date: Immediate / Short Notice Salary: Competitive day rate (DOE) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Flushing Engineer to join our project team for upcoming works across Europe. This role involves system flushing, testing, and supporting commissioning activities on a range of commercial and industrial sites. Candidates must be able to travel at short notice and hold a valid EU passport to meet deployment requirements. Key Responsibilities Carry out system flushing (chemical and/or chemical-free) on mechanical and hydronic systems Support onsite commissioning engineers with system preparation and technical tasks Conduct flow checks, pressure testing, water quality tests and verification Complete accurate reporting, documentation, and handover records Work safely on live sites and coordinate with project managers and site teams Travel to job sites across Europe with flexibility on notice periods Requirements EU passport holder – essential Proven experience as a Flushing Engineer, Water Treatment Engineer, HVAC/MEP Technician, or similar role Strong understanding of building services, pipework systems, and water treatment principles Comfortable with hands-on work in mechanical plant rooms and on active project sites Ability to mobilise quickly for short-notice assignments Strong communication and report-writing skills Valid driving licence (preferred) Have a CSCS card.
