Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and maintain accurate records.
* Support purchasing activities, including raising orders and liaising with suppliers.
* Manage email, filing, data entry, and document organization.
* Assist with internal communication and coordination across departments.
* Create and optimize social media content to support the company's online visibility.
Qualifications
* Strong administrative and organizational skills.
* Experience in order processing or purchasing is advantageous.
* Confident using standard office software and systems.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
* Interest in social media management is beneficial but not required.
