Responsibilities
* As a Senior Specialist Pharmacist in our Emergency Department, you will be at the forefront of patient care, making a tangible difference in the lives of those requiring urgent medical attention. Your expertise will be invaluable in providing crucial support to our multidisciplinary teams.

* Participate in post-take ward rounds with consultants.
* Make autonomous prescribing decisions, tailored to each individual patient.
* Support patient flow by organising discharge medications in a timely manner.
* Lead and manage projects to support service development.
* Support education and training of rotational pharmacists through Medicine.
What we’re looking for
* An independent prescribing pharmacist (or working towards their independent prescribing qualification) with significant experience of clinical pharmacy.
* Experience of change management and service improvement.
* Ability to communicate well, inspire confidence and work well both independently and as part of a team.
