Key Responsibilities
* Delivering core Building Surveying services, including dilapidations, technical due diligence, and party wall matters.
* Leading refurbishment and fit-out projects, with full project management responsibilities.
* Providing strategic advice to clients on asset management and property maintenance.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships to secure repeat and new business.
* Mentoring and developing junior team members.
Key Requirements
* MRICS qualified with extensive experience in Building Surveying.
* Proven track record of delivering professional and project services to a high standard.
* Commercially focused, with strong business development skills and an understanding of market dynamics.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to build trust and confidence with clients.
* Ambitious, proactive, and committed to driving exceptional outcomes.
