Overview
The Online Trading and Marketing Co-Ordinator is part of a fast growing team. Reporting into the Trading Manager you will have a varied and exciting role focusing on driving sales and improving the customer experience through the website and through the marketing channels. An enthusiasm for fashion and marketing is essential to this role.
Responsibilities
* Conduct regular competitor analysis to keep up to date with the latest products, trends, messaging and creative from our top competitors
* Engage with the buying team and report on top bestselling lines to the rest of the Marketing department, ensuring these are the focus of all marketing communications to the customer
* Brief in emails and desktop notifications to the Design department in line with the trading plan and frequency that week. Promote top selling products in an engaging way with top performing subject lines and high click-through and conversion rates
* Work with marketing agencies to develop engaging PPC and paid social ads for Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest. Ensure ads are engaging and served to the appropriate audience to drive traffic and sales
* Collaborate with the marketing agency to improve the affiliates programme, including recruiting new affiliates and providing top performers with content to promote the brand
* Brief homepage and landing page updates to the design team weekly and provide feedback. Ensure the homepage is engaging for both new and existing customers, highlighting the brand and top selling products
* Optimiz e onsite search and top navigation to help customers easily find categories and products and drive sales
* Assist in promotional launches by coordinating all channels to use consistent creative and copy and launch simultaneously across the website and marketing channels

* Understanding of Fashion trends, Product and Seasonality
* Understanding of User experience online
* Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills are desired but not essential
