Role Summary
This is a fixed-term position to cover a period of maternity leave. The Personal Assistant will provide high-level, proactive administrative and organizational support to the Managing Director and Finance and Operations Director ensuring the smooth and efficient running of their daily schedule. The successful candidate must be highly organized, discreet, and flexible.
Responsibilities
* Extensive liaison with key stakeholders, ensuring their time is used efficiently.
* Working autonomously and proactively – identifying upcoming tasks and ensuring that adequate time has been allocated where possible.
* Collation and distribution for monthly and quarterly board meeting packs for all businesses within Peel Land Group.
* Collating and filing expenses.
* To manage the general administration of the office incorporating, stationery, photocopying, couriers, travel, management of diaries, co-ordination of meetings.
* Act as first point of contact for Senior Management Team members, fielding calls and requests for time as and when required.
* Responsible for physical quality of the working environment.
* Organisation and coordination of staff social events (Staff Business Updates, Christmas party etc).
* Ensuring the team stay connected through effective communication channels.
* Any other ad-hoc duties which may occur from time to time and are considered to be within the postholders capability, to ensure business continuity.
