What you'll do:
4. Advise leaders and staff on HR matters to ensure consistent, compliant people management.
5. Align day-to-day HR support with wider business goals and operational needs.
6. Promote inclusion and support staff-led initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
7. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and early careers engagement.
8. Maintain HR systems and ensure accurate employee data records.
9. Track workforce trends and provide insights to support strategic decisions.
10. Update and develop policies in line with legislation and best practice.
11. Support employee relations, lead HR projects, and deliver training where needed.
What you'll need:
12. Strong HR generalist experience, with strong knowledge of HR practices and NI employment law.
13. CIPD Level 5 qualified
14. Trusted adviser to leadership, aligning HR strategy with business culture and goals.
15. Strong capability in managing employee relations and resolving complex workforce issues.
16. Skilled in influencing senior stakeholders on HR matters.
17. Analytical and proactive in addressing organisational challenges and opportunities.
18. Adaptable and responsive to evolving business and HR needs.
19. Effective at delivering people-focused solutions in a dynamic environment.
