We are seeking a part-time Senior OD&T Consultant for a fixed-term contract until 31st May 2026 (may be extended) to join our Talent Team within our People & Culture Team here at Barnett Waddingham. This is a part-time offering, likely 3 days (possibly 4 days) per week. This role can be based from our Amersham, Birmingham, Cheltenham or London office on a hybrid basis, providing you are willing to travel to other offices occasionally. This role reports into our Head of Organisational Development & Talent and plays a critical part in delivering the Senior Talent & OD strategy by designing and delivering high-impact development solutions across the firm (for our Leadership pool). You will act as an internal consultant, role partnering with stakeholders to build capability, support organisational effectiveness, and lead key development initiatives.
