Your key areas of knowledge and expertise
* Chartered member of the RTPI
* Experience advising and promoting a range of planning projects
* Capable of taking a lead role on planning applications with excellent project management skills
* Extensive knowledge of development management and planning policy
* Ability to lead and mentor a small team
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
