About the role
As Business Manager, you’ll play a central role in leading the effective delivery and future growth of Worcestershire Wildlife Consultancy. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a thriving, mission‑driven business by overseeing performance, supporting a skilled team and ensuring our work is delivered to the highest standards. You’ll balance strategic oversight with day‑to‑day management, from developing a strong pipeline of clients and contracts to ensuring projects run smoothly from initial enquiry through to completion. Collaboration will be at the heart of your work; you’ll liaise with colleagues across the Trust, build positive relationships with clients and partners, and help create a supportive, motivated and well‑organised team.

We have been delivering high quality ecological services to clients in Worcestershire and beyond for over 30 years.
