About the Role: Located in the peaceful Macarthur region of Sydney, BaptistCare Glendale Lodge is a brand-new aged care home designed to feel just like home. With 96 private bedrooms thoughtfully arranged into cozy households of just 16 residents each, our home-style model fosters warmth, comfort and meaningful relationships. As a Cleaner, you’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment for our residents. Through your attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and laundry standards, you’ll help maintain the dignity and wellbeing of those in our care. You’ll build respectful relationships, contribute to a homely atmosphere, and work closely with our supportive team to ensure consistently high standards of cleanliness throughout the facility. Successful candidates must be available to work Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday between 7am - 3:30pm.
