Moulton College is looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Lecturer in Sports Therapy (0.4 FTE) to join our forward-thinking Sport & Uniformed Public Services Faculty.

The role is 0.4 FTE however we’re open to discussing a 0.6 FTE arrangement for the right candidate.
Interviews for this role will be taking place week commencing 13 April 2026.
Responsibilities
* Teaching and training students and other client groups to quality standards set by the College
* Assessment of student work
* Development of Sport Studies courses
* Counselling students and maintaining discipline
* Participating in the recruitment of students, including attendance at Shows and Careers Conventions
* Participating in internal verification, auditing and other quality monitoring processes to ensure that all learners, customers and clients always receive exemplary service and attention

Person specification
Do you have:
* A BSc Level or equivalent in Sport Therapy or Sport Rehabilitation
* A Diploma in Teaching and Learning (Certificate in Education) or equivalent or willing to work towards
* Hold appropriate professional qualifications
Are you willing to operate flexibly, have experience within and up-to-date knowledge of the Sports industry, the ability to present information effectively and motivate students in order to improve student satisfaction?
