Job description
We are looking for a highly motivated experienced accounts administrator who is good with numbers and negotiating. Whilst working as an accounts administrator you will be responsible for chasing payments, reconciliation, identifying rent payments. Chasing and liaising with landlords and tenants, agreeing payment plans, involvement in investigating before and after moving pictures to deposit deductions, you will need to have good attention to detail. Identifying issues, putting issues and good negotiating skills.
