As our client continues to grow and expand their portfolio, they are looking to further increase their team of Debt Resolution Officers. We are currently recruiting in the Dumfries area to meet client demand and maintain high service standards.
This role is field-based, and all applicants are required to hold a full, clean driving license and have their own motor vehicle with adequate business insurance.

Work is received centrally and distributed to the field team via Team Leaders to ensure all officers have adequate work for a solid and recurring income.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
The role of a Debt Resolution Officer involves representing the company to deliver services required by utility companies. The core activity includes visiting clients' premises and performing functions related to their gas and electricity supply, such as:
* Understanding debt resolution capabilities.
* Executing documentation to secure payments.
* Executing warrants to secure payments or access for resolution.
