Job Description
We are currently recruiting a creative and energetic Brand Manager to join our exciting Foods and Drinks client. As a key player in their marketing team, you will be instrumental in developing and executing groundbreaking strategies to elevate their distinctive and high-growth beverage brand. This role requires a passionate individual with a deep understanding of soft drinks and FMCG brands, ready to contribute to the continued success and growth of the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with business objectives to drive unprecedented growth.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, gather insights, and uncover untapped opportunities for refining brand positioning and messaging.
* Lead the development and execution of the brand's communication and content strategy, including engaging social media campaigns, impactful influencer partnerships, and targeted email marketing.
* Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables for all brand campaigns and initiatives.
* Collaborate with external design agencies to bring the brand to life through stunning design and artwork.
* Coordinate and execute trade and consumer exhibitions and events to enhance brand visibility.
* Analyse brand performance, generate insightful reports, and recommend continuous improvements.
* Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including sales, creative, and product development, to maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Requirements:
* Enthusiastic and proactive attitude with a strong dedication to teamwork.
* Commercially minded and meticulous approach to tasks.
* Degree in marketing or relevant marketing qualification is preferred.
* Minimum of 3+ years of brand management experience, preferably in the food and beverage industry.

* Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
